Bik 90 = 90 minute Bikram’s Beginning Class
Mok 90 F = 90 minute Moksha Flow. This is an intermediate to advanced yoga fitness class. Postures flow with only minor interuptions to improve body/mind connection.
Mok 90 B= 90 Minute Moksha Basic Class. 90 minutes of hot yoga. Suitable for fit yoga beginners at 100 Degees 40% humidity.
Mok 75 F = 75 minute MokshaFlow. This is an intermediate to advanced yoga fitness class. Postures flow with only minor interruptions to improve body/mind connection. The Temperature is set between 101 and 104 with a goal humidity of 40%.
Mok 60 F =60 minute Moksha Yoga taught as a flow. Considered intermediate level class.
Power Hour = 60 Minute Power Flow Class. Power flow yoga. Intense work out designed to improve stength, endurance, flexibility, sex drive, peace of mind.
Power 90 F = Power vinyasa flow 90 minutes. Intermediate to advanced level.
*New! Baptiste = Baptiste 90 minute class taught at 90 degrees or higher 40%humidity. This class is appropriate for yoga beginners as well as experienced yoga practitioners.
Yin = 90 Minute Slow, Passive Stretching Class. This in an excellent class for beginners as well, many students are finding Yin to be the perfect compliment and balance to their more active, yang practices. Strength of mind and body.
*New! Venus Flow = 75 min 105 degrees 40% humidity. Created by Dr. King Rollins, for stage 2 beginning yoga practitioners. Designed to rehabilitate the injured or sore bodies of Vegas dancers, circus performers, mixed marshall arts fighters, and casino workers. Good for everyone who wants optimum health.
*New! Venus Beginner= 90 min 105 degrees 40% humidity. Dr. Rollins combined his 24 years of Chiropractic practice, 3 years of Bikram Yoga studio ownership and certification, and coaching of world and Olympic class athletes to create this class. The class has been modified to prevent injury and improve the rehabilitative qualities of the class. An excellent stage 1 beginner class, with more core strengthening and hip openers.
*New! Vegas Hot = 90 Minute Bikram-inspired Beginner Class at 105 degrees, 40% humidity. If you like Bikram, you will love this class that we have been developing over the past three years.
