Mixed Classes

Enjoy the new schedule. Try a Moksha class.

Moksha 90 is a 40 asana class with a couple of sets of certain postures. Suitable for beginners and intermediate level.

Moksha 75 is a beginners class. It is a basic one set of each asana class. More intermediate members can work on alignment and technique.

Moksha 60 is a faster moving flow class. Some postures are removed and it may require a little experience with the asanas. However, beginners can try.

The Moksha 60 and 90 minute classes will not be the same each day, whereas, the Moksha 75 class will be.

30 Day Challenge

If you think you have what it takes to become a hot yoga teacher, then why not apply to Bikram Yoga training or Moksha Yoga training here in Las Vegas. Each teacher training is going to occur for the first time in this city which could reduce costs for locals. If you would like more information then please ask at reception.

Southwest has the largest selection of teachers. There are a lot of new faces, some with more experience than others, all with great enthusiasm and each teacher brings something new to class. Please give the new teachers some time and please understand that all teachers of Bikram Yoga go through the same rigorous training for 9 weeks. So all our teachers are capable and qualified. Enjoy someone new today!

Please try and take a class from Dominique Laniel while she is with us. She took the Fall 2005 training in Los Angeles and has taught classes in Montreal and London. She is full of energy, a great teacher and is a great positive person to have around.
